The first workshop of the URITMIS project was held on May 17, 2024. It took place on the sidelines of the 8th International Conference on Road and Rail Infrastructure CETRA 2024. Participants discussed vibro-acoustic characteristics of tramway monitoring data, numerical models for condition monitoring and predicting deterioration of tramway tracks, and machine learning methods for detecting and predicting rail infrastructure faults. The speakers were Assoc. Prof. Ivo Haladin, Dr Maja Baniček and Krešimir Burnać from the University of Zagreb, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Prof. Stanistav Jovanović from University of Novi Sad, Serbia, Ron Maas from the company Sensornet B. V. and Nenad Trifunović from University of Rijeka, Faculty of Engineering.
